Puzzles

Giant Steps has lots of puzzles for all ages of children from all over the world! For example:

• we’ve got a large variety of those hard-to-find wooden puzzles from Castle Toys or Small World Kids. These are great for the inquisitive toddler – many include the pegs for lifting the pieces easily, and some have the “behind the puzzle piece” pictures for an additional surprise!
• for the preschooler we’ve got lots of alphabet and numbers puzzles, so they can actually handle the characters as they learn them.

for children wanting something a little more difficult, we’ve got 18-36 piece puzzles with nice large pieces. We also have a large variety of different themed floor puzzles from the Frank Schaeffer company.

• we have puzzles with bright pictures that tie to children’s picturebooks – does your child like “Rainbow Fish”? “Hungry Caterpiller”? “Madeline”? We have these and more!
• perhaps your child is ready for something a bit more sophisticated…we’ve got 3D puzzles, and even solar puzzles that glow in the dark!
